I use the Montbell Thermawrap (9.6oz - 272g) or a fleece or fleece/wind jacket combo for most 3 season trips (9.8oz-13ish oz). If it's below 50ºF (10c) i'll probably bring my Montbell Superior Down Parka (9.8oz - 277g). I'm not really saving much weight so I just take what I think works best for the trip.

Feel free to bring the same tops and dresses you would from previous seasons, just double up to keep warm! The odds you’ll wear shorts or skirts this time of year are slim. Be prepared with pants, jeans, and leggings for any occasion. Maxi skirts and dresses are also appropriate (and match the LA boho style).
For sun protection, bring some sort of cover-up (pareo, rashguard, etc.), wide-brimmed hat or cap, and sunglasses.
